Hej, hello, howzit! Nice to meet you all – Megan and Adrian here! We are very grateful to be having this fantastic journey together. Here is a bit more about us: Megan is originally from Cape Town, South Africa and since 2018 has been living in Åkersberga (situated just outside of Stockholm) together with Adrian and their son, Ossian. She is passionate about baking and loves to cook! Adrian, who is running the business, was also born in South Africa, but had moved to Sweden at a very young age. He shares an interest in cooking and enjoys life as it comes.
In December 2021 they took over the Clarke’s Kitchen business from the previous owners Terri and Brendan Clarke. They renamed it The Springbok Shelf.
They still stock and share the products that you have come to love, along with a few new additions. Their aim is to continue sharing the South Africa culture and food with you!
