It will apply the same standards that have brought 23 years of success to its South African equivalent, The Biltong Factory. All our products will be made from British grass-fed beef. Our meat will also also be fully traceable, with no unnecessary additives. The spices will be imported from South Africa to give you the exact flavour and quality that are produced at The Biltong Factory in South Africa.
