The dominant female terrorizes the others with her long horns until some hamerkops (<em>Scopus umbretta<\/em>) startle them and they scatter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Sables are among the larger antelope species in Africa, with bulls weighing about 235 kg (518 lb) and cows about 220 kg (490 lb). The average lifespan of a sable antelope is 19 years in nature and 22 years in captivity.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The footage has once again been provided by Katie and Andr\u00e9 of Two-V Productions.
