For many of us living abroad, it is food that particularly awakens memories, tells stories and creates a sense of belonging. In this edition of \u201fBusiness in the spotlight\u201d, we introduce a business that does exactly that \u2013 with every bite, a memory of South Africa comes alive again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This week, we take you to the Czech Republic, where Saffa Maso offers the opportunity to enjoy South African dishes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-theme-palette-1-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-0702a7996c6668505a300ee4f5fb8f57\"><strong>Read more about Saffa Maso<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saffa Maso started out as an online shop with homemade biltong. It later expanded to a small bistro, beginning a new chapter in its success story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bistro describes itself as a \u201chome away from home\u201d \u2013 a place not only for South Africans, but also for other African communities, Czechs and expats from other countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The venue offers seating for around 25 people.
