It is lovely to cook and bake everyday on our farm in the Ficksburg district in the Eastern Free State where Michelle se Kombuis started on 21 February 2019. We as farmers experienced severe drought on the farm and I had to generate an alternative income to help our family. Little did I now that after three years we would be feeding so many families. I am a qualified food services manager and nutritionist who believes in thorough training in and a better understanding of food for every person. We left South Africa for the Netherlands in 2018.
