By Alana Bailey
Fuel too expensive? Flight tickets too unobtainable? Join us as we travel in the Kruger National Park from Malelane Gate to Klipspringer Koppies, where the unique fauna and flora of this region await you.
Among other things, there are encounters with a white rhinoceros, a warthog, a herd of buffalo and a group of elephants. Impala lilies are blooming and various types of birds are also making their presence known.
In the Kruger National Park, approximately 2 000 different kinds of plants are found, in addition to the 507 bird, 147 mammal, 114 reptile and 49 fish species. The footage has just been posted by Katie and André of Two-V Productions on their You Tube channel. We thank them for their great videos. Please subscribe to their YouTube channel and follow their Facebook page. Books in their Op Vlerke series can be ordered from Kraal Uitgewers and should be available in the shops in the rest camps of the Kruger National Park soon. Please note that the books are published in Afrikaans only.
